Located on the ground floor of The Dundee, in the heart of Oregon’s wine country, Field + Stream’s award-winning and locally born chef, Jason Fritz, creates unforgettable dining experiences. Chef Fritz’s menu showcases and makes full use of this region’s bounty of wild game, fish, and farm fresh foods enjoyed in an inviting cabin meets vineyard atmosphere. The menu is complimented by an extraordinary wine list curated from the famed Willamette Valley. Field + Stream provides room service to our in-house guests. On-site Tasting Rooms
No need to drive anywhere since some of the best wines in the Willamette Valley can be found at our five amazing onsite tasting rooms. Enjoy wines from Evening Land, producer of Oregon’s highest-ever-rated wine (98 out of 100) by Wine Spectator and Le Cadeau Vineyard, whose 2017 pinot noirs scored 90-94 in the Somm Journal. Then savor award-winning vintages from the Columbia Valley at Cougar Crest and Tertulia Cellars. Last, but certainly not least, be sure to visit our newest tasting room, The Dundee Wine Library. In short, you can taste some of the finest wines in the world within a few steps of our lobby.
