On the second Sunday of each month this winter, Open Claim will be opening the doors of their private vineyard house in Dallas, OR for an intimate 4 – course wine paired lunch. Chef Jason Fritz will be highlighting the seasons freshest ingredients alongside a special selection of current release and library wines.
