The Wooden Heart story began in 2018 as a food truck and it’s been a whirlwind ride ever since as they have opened their very first restaurant right at the hotel! En Tirage Champagne Lounge
En Tirage is a wine bar that focuses on sparkling wine from around the world, made in the Methode Champenoise style. Offering a unique and sophisticated experience for sparkling wine lovers, their extensive wine list features both local and international sparkling wines, carefully selected by their expert sommelier. Enjoy seasonal craft cocktails and curated food pairings along with their cozy and elegant atmosphere. It’s perfect for a romantic date or a night out with friends!
On-site Tasting Rooms
No need to drive anywhere since some of the best wines in the Willamette Valley can be found at our amazing onsite tasting rooms. Enjoy wines from Le Cadeau Vineyard, whose 2017 pinot noirs scored 90-94 in the Somm Journal, then make your way over to North Valley Vineyards and their sister winery La Biblioteca. After that, visit Open Claim Vineyards & En Tirage Champagne Lounge for must taste food and wine pairings. In short, you can taste some of the finest wines in the world within a few steps of our lobby.
